Job summary

Rent A Center in Xenia, OH is seeking a Store Manager who will set daily and weekly sales goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue and growth. You will lead and train coworkers to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with procedures.

The role requires 3-5 years of retail/management experience and completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, plus computer literacy.
