Job summary

Rent A Center seeks a Store Manager to drive sales and manage store operations in Indiana. You will lead a team, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising collections, training coworkers, and safeguarding assets. A RAC Store Manager Development Program completion is required, along with a valid driver’s license and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience required.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program is required.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications are required.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with procedures and practices.
• Manage store resources including inventory, pricing, cash handling and security.
