Job summary

Fossil is seeking a Store Manager who will strategically recruit, train, and develop a productive store team focused on promoting our brand and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will observe, listen, coach, and create a positive, fun environment while meeting sales goals and upholding daily operations. A team-centric leadership style and a passion for customer service are essential.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–4 years retail experience; strong communication and leadership skills.

Our Store Managers make an impact by strategically recruiting, training, and developing a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while creating an exceptional guest experience. They inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals while upholding daily operations and creating a fun environment.

Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience in order to successfully achieve sales goals. They analyze key business drivers to identify the root cause of performance strengths and improvement opportunities. They embrace teamwork and focus on creating a positive environment for those around them. After all, we are “Greater Together.”
