Job summary

Fossil is seeking a Store Manager who will recruit, train, and develop a productive team focused on promoting the Fossil brand and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will observe and coach to achieve sales goals while maintaining store operations and a fun environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of retail experience in fashion, strong customer service, leadership that motivates, and a commitment to continuous learning to adapt to business needs. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

They inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals while upholding daily operations and creating a fun environment.

Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience in order to successfully achieve sales goals. They analyze key business drivers to identify the root cause of performance strengths and improvement opportunities.
