Fossil Group in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a productive team while ensuring the guest experience reflects our brand. You will lead by example, observe and coach, drive sales, uphold store operations, and foster a fun, collaborative environment that embodies the Greater Together spirit.

You will mentor staff, build brand loyalty, and ensure exceptional service through strong communication and a team-centric approach.

Our Store Managers make an impact by strategically recruiting, training, and developing a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while creating an exceptional guest experience. They inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals while upholding daily operations and creating a fun environment.

Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience in order to successfully achieve sales goals. They analyze key business drivers to identify the root cause of performance strengths and improvement opportunities. They embrace teamwork and focus on creating a positive environment for those around them. After all, we are “Greater Together.”

• 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry
