Job Summary

The Store Manager supervises daily store operations, ensures policy compliance, manages staff recruitment, training, discipline, and performance evaluations. Responsibilities include overseeing cashier activities, merchandise presentation, donation processing, and preparing sales reports and bank deposits.

Education and Experience
