What You’ll Do:

Build an Exceptional Store Team

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard a talented team that reflects the company's values and commitment to customer service.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture where team members are empowered to succeed.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management.

Launch and Grow the Business

• Lead all aspects of the new store opening, ensuring operational readiness for a successful launch.
• Execute business strategies that drive sales, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty.
• Analyze key performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow market awareness and establish the store as a destination within the local community.

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

• Set the standard for exceptional service by leading through example.
• Foster a customer-focused culture dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism while strengthening customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Ensure excellence in merchandising, inventory management, visual presentation, and store standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
