Job Description

ServiceMaster BioClean is hiring a Shop Manager for our West Palm Beach shop. The role offers a structured interview process with potential for quick hiring. We seek a leader who can perform administrative duties and actively participate in biohazard remediation projects. Prior experience in related industries is a plus but not required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Key responsibilities include onsite supervision, customer interactions, shop management tasks such as inventory and cleanliness, personnel management including training and coaching, and business management activities like P&L review and lead generation. The position requires flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to respond within one hour to dispatch calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, mitigation, or restoration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Must reside locally and respond promptly to service calls.

Preferred qualifications include IICRC S540 certification, project management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Military personnel are encouraged to apply.
