Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Store Manager in the Atlanta area to lead daily operations, drive sales, and guide a dynamic team. You will set the floor tone, mentor staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that reflects our fashion-forward brands.

You will manage scheduling, training, and in-store presentation while upholding policies and delivering results through strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service preferred.
• Deep interest in fashion and customer-focused mindset.

The Role

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results.

From managing day-to-day operations to shaping the in-store experience, you ensure the store runs efficiently while creating a welcoming, on-brand environment that keeps customers engaged and coming back. You balance business goals with people leadership, developing your team and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
