Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our New Jersey store. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead by example, and help drive sales while ensuring every customer leaves feeling their best walking out the door.

You’ll coach and train the team, reinforce loss-prevention policies, and keep the store looking flawless with visual merchandising and marketing displays. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of hands-on retail management, a strong fashion sense,

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.

• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door. When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
