Job summary

The ALDO Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Elizabeth, NJ location. You will drive sales, lead a front-line team, and uphold brand standards to deliver a premium in-store experience.

You will balance day-to-day operations with people leadership, coach your team, manage scheduling, and ensure loss prevention and store presentation while delivering results and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years retail/service management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work day, night, and weekends.
• Able to stand and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to keep performance strong and consistent.

The Role

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results.

From managing day-to-day operations to shaping the in-store experience, you ensure the store runs efficiently while creating a welcoming, on-brand environment that keeps customers engaged and coming back. You balance business goals with people leadership, developing your team and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
