Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead from the floor, build a motivated team, and deliver an on-brand customer experience across channels.

You will balance business goals with people leadership, coaching your team, managing schedules, and upholding store standards. The role offers growth opportunities within a global fashion company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service.

• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage team scheduling to keep the store running efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support daily operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results. From managing day-to-day operations to shaping the in-store experience, you ensure the store runs efficiently while creating a welcoming, on-brand environment that keeps customers engaged and coming back. You balance business goals with people-focused leadership, developing your team, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Salary Range

$50,000 to $60,000
