Job summary

ALDO Group in the United States seeks an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand and to create an outstanding store experience. You’ll lead by example, coach the team, and ensure every customer leaves feeling their best.

You’ll handle daily operations, from stock to merchandising, while upholding loss-prevention policies and ALDO brand standards. A genuine interest in fashion and flexible day, night, and weekend availability are essential.

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
