Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Arkansas retail location, delivering a top‑notch customer experience while guiding a small team.

You'll own hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, promotions and daily operations, with a clear career path, competitive benefits, and opportunities to advance within Murphy USA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Open availability
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent management experience (per options listed)

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us - assume the role of a coach and mentor to your team, guiding them toward success and development
• Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and continuously strive to exceed company metrics
• Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals
• Helping your team by demonstrating best-in-class customer service when assisting customers
• Stocking, cleaning, working the cash register and any other additional duties, as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Our store managers are the backbone of our teams and keep us united. While leading your team to greatness, you'll have the autonomy to run your own small business by:
