Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age in most states; higher ages apply in some states.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• 1 year of continuous store or retail management experience.
• 2 years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us and act as coach/mentor.
• Maintain an operational excellence mindset to manage expenses, drive sales and inventory.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service while assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register and perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Our store managers are the backbone of our teams and keep us united. While leading your team to greatness, you’ll have the autonomy to run your own small business by:

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us – assume the role of a coach and mentor to your team, guiding them toward success and development
• Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and continuously strive to exceed company metrics
• Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals
• Helping your team by demonstrating best-in-class customer service when assisting customers
• Stocking, cleaning, working the cash register and any other additional duties, as needed
