GENERAL FUNCTION

The Store Manager is a leader on the sales floor, performing all store functions while guiding and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to meet sales and company objectives.
  2. Develop strategic plans to achieve financial results.
  3. Drive sales by identifying opportunities to meet goals.
  4. Lead, coach, develop, and inspire team members.
  5. Recruit, hire, and onboard staff using provided tools.
  6. Create development plans for team growth.
  7. Maintain a motivating work environment reflecting brand integrity.
  8. Build emotional connections within the team to enhance sales and service.
  9. Spend time on the sales floor to lead by example.
  10. Coach and develop team for retail excellence.
  11. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
  12. Act as an ambassador for the brand and ensure brand standards are met.
  13. Stay knowledgeable about products and fashion trends.
  14. Ensure operational policies are followed and brand standards are maintained.
  15. Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives effectively.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Expertise in store operations
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail or customer service experience
