CVS Health in Decatur, GA is seeking individuals for a Store Management development program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program runs for 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning to build leadership capabilities.

You will be guided by a District Leader, HR Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you complete structured learning experiences and participate in a supportive team environment.

• Assist in executing merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
