Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and training of store team and ensure WOW! customer service.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and onboarding of employees.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory to drive profitability.
• Support with policy compliance and structured training processes.
• Communicate clearly with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements to optimize store profitability.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve concerns proactively.
• Participate in management skills training and progression toward store management.
