Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management or supervisor experience.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Deliver WOW customer service and manage daily store operations.
• Monitor and improve monthly P&L performance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and store merchandising.
