No prior experience is required; participants complete a structured learning plan, including blueprint reading, estimation, inventory, payroll, and customer service. A clear path to growth and competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required (availability: 48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No prior experience required; structured training plan to prepare for leadership roles.
• This entry-level program aims to promote to management within 3–4 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and drive store sales.
• Oversee store operations, inventory and merchandising.
• Read blueprints and create material lists for projects.
• Handle payroll, invoicing and basic financial reporting.
• Operate Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
