84 Lumber is hiring immediately for a Manager Trainee in Pennsylvania. This full-time, entry-level role trains you across store operations with the goal of promotion to a management position within 6-12 months, potentially boosting pay by up to 40%.

No experience is required; bring dedication and willingness to learn. You will gain experience in sales, customer service, inventory management, blueprint reading, and office tasks through classroom and hands-on training.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsabilidades

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred).
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
