Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is launching an Assistant Manager Trainee Program in Phoenix, designed to develop internal talent for Store Management within 18-24 months. The role involves a 44-hour work week, with evenings/weekends possibly required, and a clear path to an Assistant Store Manager position after a 6-8 week training period.

You'll gain leadership skills, exposure to sales, marketing, finance and operations, and contribute to growing market share by serving large commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Leadership experience in supervising or leading teams is preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to make effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
