Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is launching a Management & Sales Training Program in Birmingham designed to prepare you for a Store Management role within 18–24 months. You’ll work with store leadership, handling large commercial accounts and learning all aspects of operations, sales, and strategy to drive market share and career growth.

The program includes an 8-week initial training, with potential progression to Assistant Store Manager upon successful completion, and a structured path for leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
• Build and maintain product knowledge to recommend effective solutions.
• Develop relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
