Qualifications

• Manage cash register operations, discounts, exchanges, and returns.
• Handle product receiving, inventory control, and merchandising.
• Process price adjustments and markdowns.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and protect store assets.
• Report customer or employee concerns to the Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development and training activities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
