Dash In is seeking a Site Maintenance Team Member in Chantilly, VA to keep our store clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll help maintain the forecourt, support the car wash, and handle light repairs to ensure a positive guest experience.

This full-time role offers hourly pay from $15.50 to $18.00, benefits eligibility, and opportunities to learn and grow within a family-owned company with a long-standing presence in the Mid-Atlantic.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (Wills Group participates in E-Verify).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property.
• Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness.
• Pick up trash and keep the property looking great.
• Stock coolers and assist with deliveries.
• Provide friendly customer interactions when needed.
• Report maintenance issues to store leadership.
