Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Site Maintenance Team Member in Newark, DE. You will keep the store clean inside and out, service fueling areas, maintain the car wash and vacuum systems, and assist with deliveries. Your work helps ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience across shifts.

We value reliability and a hands‑on approach; this hourly role includes outdoor duties and potential nights/weekends, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to grow within a long‑standing, family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or able to complete our employer-paid GED program).
• Eligible to work in the US (E‑Verify).
• 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience.
• Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property.
• Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness.
• Pick up trash and keep the property looking great.
• Stock coolers and assist with deliveries.
• Provide friendly customer interactions when needed.
• Report maintenance issues to store leadership.

Site Maintenance Team Member – Dash In

• Location: Newark, DE
• Pay: $15.50 – $18.00/hr.
• Position Type: Hourly
• Schedule: May include nights, weekends, and holidays
