Job summary

Dash In is hiring for a Guest Experience Team Member in Chantilly, VA. You’ll stock and display products, maintain store cleanliness, handle cash transactions accurately, and exemplify our Guest First attitude to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends is required. Prior retail experience is preferred, and the role may require background checks and a company-paid GED program. ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display: keep shelves neat, stock items, and reach up to seven feet high.
• Maintain cleanliness: sweep, mop, and keep restrooms and store clean; exterior maintained.
• Cash control: handle cash transactions accurately per company policies.
• Guest first attitude: be the face of the store and deliver the 'Guest First' experience.
