Dash In is looking for a Site Maintenance Team Member to help keep our store clean, safe, and running smoothly both inside and out. From maintaining the forecourt to supporting the car wash and handling light repairs, your work makes a real difference in the guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or able to complete our employer-paid GED program).
• 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience.
• Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property.
• Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness.
• Pick up trash and keep the property looking great.
• Stock coolers and assist with deliveries.
• Provide friendly customer interactions when needed.
• Report maintenance issues to store leadership.
