Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Site Maintenance Team Member to help keep our stores clean, safe, and running smoothly both inside and out. You’ll maintain the forecourt, support the car wash, and handle light repairs, contributing to the guest experience every day.

As a full-time team member, you may work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, including discounts and opportunities to grow with a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; employer-paid GED program may be provided.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience.
• Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property.
• Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness.
• Pick up trash and keep the property looking great.
• Stock coolers and assist with deliveries.
• Provide friendly customer interactions when needed.
• Report maintenance issues to store leadership.
