Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead our mall location and bring fandom to life. You will drive sales, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and elevate the in-store experience for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of retail store management experience with a track record of leading teams.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the store's sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and passionate team.
• Lead customer engagement through social media, store apps, and clienteling.
• Maintain an operationally sound business with structure, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors impacting the business.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targets.
• Merchandise the store effectively using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Mentor and recognise staff to build a bench of talent.
