Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a mall location and drive sales performance. You’ll manage recruiting, development, and performance, while ensuring an outstanding in-store experience for customers and employees.

You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, and the execution of promotions, with a focus on teamwork and mentorship to build a strong, capable staff. This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for pop culture and music retail.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• High school diploma or GED; degree welcome.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing retail trends.
• Willingness to handle store tasks including merchandising and lead-by-example.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong store team.
• Lead engagement through social media, store apps, and clienteling.
