You will analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to boost productivity and efficiency while managing staffing, scheduling, and payroll within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams of up to 40.
• Strong business and financial data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with inventory, order processing, and payroll systems.
• Ability to manage firearms-related compliance where required.
