Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, merchandising, and receiving operations to ensure inventory accuracy and safety.
• Balance workforce planning, scheduling, and payroll while maintaining standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director and peers to translate strategy into in-store results.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements to productivity.
