Job summary

Brobston Group in Palo Alto seeks a Store Logistics Lead to manage inbound and outbound merchandise and support store operations. You will coach receiving colleagues, plan staffing and workload, and ensure safe, efficient processes that enhance the customer experience.

You will oversee receiving, processing, security, transfers, markdowns, and inventory activities, maintain a clean stockroom, and collaborate with store leadership and visual merchandising to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and use technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to receiving colleagues.
• Plan staffing and workload to meet productivity, budget, and compliance standards.
• Oversee merchandise receiving, processing, security, transfers, markdowns, and inventory activities.
• Maintain safe, clean stockroom and receiving areas while partnering with store leadership and visual merchandising.
