Job summary

Brobston Group in Los Angeles is seeking a retail logistics associate to support store operations. You will process incoming merchandise, locate items for fulfillment orders, and help maintain accurate merchandise flow on the selling floor.

You will greet customers, assist with packing shipments, and participate in returns, price changes, and other logistics tasks while using store technology and handheld devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort using computers and handheld equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack shipments using appropriate techniques to ensure merchandise arrives in excellent condition.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, salvages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Use store technology and support operations during high-volume events.
• Greet and welcome customers while on the selling floor.
