Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Plano, TX. You will hire, lead and direct team members to meet financial targets and ensure guests receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
