Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, hire and supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll receive 3 or more weeks of store leadership training and ongoing career development within a thriving family of associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Support ongoing career and leadership development and growth into management positions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper equipment use.
