Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Plano, TX. You’ll oversee a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time management role with opportunities for growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing of associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training programs and ongoing development.
