Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest-experience goals.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling to open/close shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and manage associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, training and supervision of store staff.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
