Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through 16 weeks of virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach. You will build leadership skills in communication, customer care, merchandising and inventory management while supporting the store team.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $18.50–$30.64 hourly and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred, or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership in learning experiences to support promotion to Store Manager.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager roles within the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.
