Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused path to become a CVS Store Manager. Over 16 weeks, you will participate in self-paced and hands-on training with guidance from District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

The program includes both virtual and on-site experiences to build leadership capabilities for a future store leadership role.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high levels of customer care.
• Ability to implement merchandising strategies to drive store sales.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
