Job summary

Hangers of Hope is seeking a strong leader to oversee training, sales, and operations across assigned retail stores. You will mentor managers and staff, ensure adherence to policies, and drive sales while delivering a Christ-centered shopping environment.

You will hire and develop a qualified team, maintain store conditions, and guide daily decision making with the Retail and Production Managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate information with attention to detail.
• Team player with initiative and confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Office/Google Apps and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store teams in daily operations and customer service.
• Support managers with employee development and performance coaching.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Ensure stores present a clean, organized, and inviting appearance.
• Assist in store-level decision making and execution of policies.
