Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and feedback across store operations.
• Drives customer service excellence and manages merchandising, inventory, and shrink control.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to align with sales targets.
• Coordinates and supports associates, promotes a culture of belonging, and ensures policy compliance.
