Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to drive sales and customer satisfaction at our North Reading, MA location. You will lead and coach teams, implement company change initiatives, and ensure seamless store operations while leveraging data insights to improve performance and shrink mitigation.

Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, providing feedback and setting expectations.
• Delivers exceptional customer service using Walmart's One Best Way service model and resolves customer issues.
• Monitors store financial performance, budgets, and merchandising to drive sales and control expenses.
• Coordinates staffing plans, trainings, and career development to build a diverse, high performing team.
