The role includes a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success and opportunities for growth within a growing national restaurant family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a three or more week leadership training program.
