Rural King is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop leadership and operational skills needed to become a Store Manager. The 6‑month training period includes hands-on experience in store operations, sales, merchandising, associate development, customer service, safety and loss prevention.

Relocation is expected upon promotion to Store Manager. You will learn to lead store operations, manage inventories, and drive performance while working within Rural King leadership principles

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations, sales goals, inventory, cash control, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates and Assistant Store Managers.
• Operate computers, POS systems, handheld devices and other retail equipment; participate in required training.
