Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training in University City, MO. You will lead frontline Teammates, coach and train them, and schedule to maximize store performance, while upholding safety and policy standards.

This hands-on program offers growth through store leadership exposure and process improvement. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage inventory and cash controls, and participate in store meetings and safety drills as you develop into a store manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Profit & Loss responsibility experience
• Ability to recruit and develop Teammates
• Strong communication and guest-service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, including effective resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
