Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with driving results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health via sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Lead recruitment and retention to build a winning team.
• Create teammate schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds.
