Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and driving store goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials through sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Build a winning team with effective recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds to standard.
