Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Bellingham, WA is hiring for a Manager in Training. You will lead store teammates, oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards while driving store performance and guest satisfaction.

In this role you will conduct store safety and policy meetings, participate in recruiting and developing a winning team, and contribute to continuous growth and development opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and all levels.
• Must comply with regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and full P&L responsibility.
• Recruit, interview and retain teammates to build a winning team.
• Create and manage Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
